Rebuilt Induction Furnaces

At the outset, we had limited experience with Meltech, but following a detailed evaluation of their proposal and direct engagement with their engineers, we concluded that the technology offered a high level of performance, reliability, and operational flexibility. Their approach throughout the project was collaborative and responsive to our specific requirements. The level of detail provided during the design phase ensured that installation proceeded exactly as planned. From initial concept through to commissioning, the process was seamless.

We had a relationship with Meltech, as we already had one of their furnaces and we have been pleased with the results. We had the confidence in Meltech equipment and in working with them. In terms of the new furnaces, I can honestly say that they have done what we set out to do.

We were relatively new to this technology and were looking for a partner who could help not only with the furnace itself but also with the process of bringing it all together, we found this solution with Meltech Ltd who proved very helpful indeed. It was very much a team effort.

Throughout the project the team at Meltech was knowledgeable and helpful, the speed and efficiency of the installation was so fast and the resulting melt performance was exactly as Meltech promised.

Being in charge of the engineering of the Metal Processing Centre’s investment in two new induction furnaces, I was impressed by the meticulous preparation be Meltech. We received all the necessary information swiftly and the actual installation in our facilities went very smoothly. The new equipment was up and running in no time.

I have continually been impressed with the quality of Meltech products and the aftersales support. The reconditioned furnace purchased by Precision Alloys in 2012 is still commented on by visitors to our works because it looks so good. The service that Meltech have afforded Precision Alloys LTD has been better than that given by many companies when offering new equipment. Steve, Neil and the team at Haverhill have always been at the end of a phone and willing to assist with all things technical. I have and will continue to recommend Meltech to my peers.
